ANCUP IS A SAFE AND FOOD CONTACT APPROVED CUPSTOCK COATED WITH LDPE. IT IS OBA FREE AND MADE FROM RENEWABLE RESOURCES. THE BASEBOARD IS PRODUCED FROM 100% VIRGIN WOOD FIBER.
The baseboard has the weights of 177, 187, 197, 215 gsm and additionally extrusion coated with 18 gsm LDPE having a high hot seal efficiency. According to the customer needs, the PE coating can be made one or two sides with alternative grammages. Having a flexible and strong structure, Ancup will show high performance in drinking cup forming machines even in low weights. Its surface is ideal for offset, flexographic and digital printing process.
